Welsh has been opening doors since 1977 when we began as a build-to-suit, speculative development firm. We provide a full scope of commercial real estate products and services. Whether acquiring or developing property, leasing existing buildings or managing facilities on an ongoing basis, we have the resources and expertise to get the job done.

Our headquarters is located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with satellite offices in Downtown Minneapolis and Shoreview. To help us deliver regional service throughout the Midwest, we also have an office in Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; St. Louis, Missouri; and Cincinnati, Ohio. Our brokerage division, NAI Welsh, is a member of NAI Global, the world’s only managed network of commercial real estate firms, which gives us access to 325 offices in 55 countries.
