Welsh has been opening doors since 1977 when we began as a build-to-suit, speculative development firm. We provide a full scope of commercial real estate products and services. Whether acquiring or developing property, leasing existing buildings or managing facilities on an ongoing basis, we have the resources and expertise to get the job done.

Our headquarters is located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with satellite offices in Downtown Minneapolis and Shoreview. To help us deliver regional service throughout the Midwest, we also have an office in Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; St. Louis, Missouri; and Cincinnati, Ohio. Our brokerage division, Colliers International, is the world’s third largest commercial real estate services company in the world with 15,000 professionals operating out of 512 offices in 61 countries.
